Summary

The Tour Guide of Top Secret is responsible for assiting with tickets to the general public using the POS system, while providing general information about this attraction to visitors. The Tour Guide is very knowledgeable and will provide valuable information to our customers describing the rooms.  They will greet them, give tours, and escort the groups through Top Secret.     

Duties

• Having good presentation skills  
• Being enthusiastic and friendly. 
• Having good verbal communication skills
• Being able to interact with different people from different backgrounds
• Being able to retain historic facts to share
• Accepts payment and makes change
• Assisting the general public with ticket sales (all day and season) 
• Knowledge of all Top Secret promotions, coupons, discounts and events
• Create exceptional experience for all guests through a safe, clean, and friendly environment
• Answer questions regarding tickets and hours of operation
• Follow all operational policies and procedures for Top Secret
• Picking up garbage and helping keep a clean work environment
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed
