Summary

The Ticket Seller of Top Secret is responsible for selling tickets to the general public using the POS system, while providing general information about this attraction to guests.  

Duties

• Accepts payment and makes change
• Assisting the general public with ticket sales (all day and season) 
• Knowledge of all Top Secret promotions, coupons, discounts and events
• Create exceptional experience for all guests through a safe, clean, and friendly environment
• Answer questions regarding tickets and hours of operation
• Follow all operational policies and procedures for Top Secret
• Picking up garbage and helping keep a clean work environment
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed
